Everyday, people travel. Many people travel for many reasons. "I travel to broaden my education," one university professor quipped. I want to see the beauty of others places, a young woman said.
Others travel for business purposes. Some businessmen come to visit places and benchmark what they see. Other business establishments send their men to travel to widen their business or expand their establishments and companies.
Still other people travel for mere pleasure. I met an Italian national one day while travelling in Romblon Island. When I asked him what his purpose was for travelling, he proudly answered, "Because I don't know what to do with my money." I said, "Wow"!
That may sound funny but I believe there is some truth in it. People practically travel merely to spend their money. Some of them are having a headache how and where to spend their money on. Whatever your purpose is for travelling, I believe it's always a pleasure to travel. And for me, I travel to see the wonders of God's creation in different parts of the globe.
